An existing earthen dam had signs of distress. We worked closely with the project geotechnical engineer and contractor to come up with a safe and cost effective way to bolster and protect the existing dam in place. |

Keystone Retaining Wall Design – El Cajon, CA |

To build on the side of this hill, the home owner needed a large wall system that was cost effective. We provided a design for 30 plus foot terraced Keystone Retaining Wall system that meet the owners needs while providing additional areas for landscaping in front of the wall. We work closely with the project geotechnical engineer and contractor to ensure that the wall was well designed and constructed. |

Grading and Keystone Retaining Wall Plans – Single Family Residence – Escondido, CA |

We provided turnkey design and permitting services for the layout and design of this single family hillside residence. The project was complicated by rock outcroppings and environmental constraints. We worked closely with the project geotechnical engineer, architect and owner to provide the most cost effect layout and design for the project. |

Soil Nail Design, Keystone Retaining Wall Design, Grading Plan – City of San Marcos, CA |

This existing residence had a retaining wall that was in a state of failure. In coordination with the contractor and geotechnical engineer, we developed a cost effective Solution for the wall repair that included the installation of a new soil nail wall with a decorative rock facing. The new wall provided more room for the home owner and allowed us to utilize a portion of the old wall to expand the home owner’s usable rear yard. |

Commercial Building – Grading and Drainage Plans, Improvement Plans - City of Riverside, CA |

In coordination with the project owner and architect, we designed the grading and improvements for this vacant commercial site. The site was complicated with restrictive layout and drainage requirements. We were able to meet with the City to work out a cost effective system to handle the site drainage and meet the City’s storm water quality requirements. |
